Return Policy for USA Life Leads

Lead Replacement Policy:

While we do not accept returns, we are committed to ensuring that you receive valuable and accurate leads. If you receive a lead with a disconnected phone number, we will gladly replace that lead at no additional cost. Please note that any requests for replacements must be made within 14 days of receiving the lead, and the lead must be reported as disconnected in a timely manner.

How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Contact our support team at usalifeleads.orders@gmail.com

  2. Provide the details of the disconnected lead, including the lead's name and contact information.

  3. We will verify the issue and replace the lead with a valid one as soon as possible.

Please understand that we cannot replace leads based on subjective reasons, such as disinterest or refusal to engage.
